The Integrated Model

One Group. One Agreement. Every Service Coordinated.

Security, cleaning, staffing, monitoring, healthcare support, and transport — delivered by companies one group owns, under one agreement, with one person accountable for all of it.

How a Group Engagement Works

Three steps, one accountable contact

One conversation

Bring your current vendor list and contracts. We’ll map what the group can consolidate, what it can’t, and what the transition looks like around your existing contract end-dates.

One plan

Each operating company scopes its portion at market rates — no bundling premium. The group consolidates scopes into one agreement: aligned schedules, one service-level framework, one reporting format, one renewal date.

One relationship

A named account contact owns everything we deliver. Consolidated monthly reporting. An escalation path that ends with an owner. Services added later by amendment, not RFP.

Straight Talk

What the model is not

Not a discount scheme

Each service is priced at market rate for its scope. The savings are in vendor administration, not cut corners.

Not all-or-nothing

Most clients start with one or two services and add more later by amendment when it makes sense.

Not unlimited

If your operation needs a service the group doesn’t own, we’ll say so plainly rather than stretch.

FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask

Can one company provide security and cleaning together?

Supreme Management Group owns both a PSISA-licensed security company and a commercial cleaning company, so yes — both delivered and accountable under one group.

Is bundling services with one group cheaper than separate vendors?

The service rates are comparable to market; the savings are in vendor administration — procurement time, insurance tracking, renewals, and coordination overhead.

What happens if one service underperforms?

It escalates to the group, which owns the underperforming company. There is no vendor to point at — the responsibility is ours.

Can we keep some of our existing vendors?

Yes. Partial consolidation is the most common starting point — take the services that fit and keep the rest.

Which services can be combined?

Any combination of: security guards, concierge, mobile patrol, remote video monitoring, lone worker response, commercial cleaning, floor care, post-construction cleaning, temporary and permanent staffing, healthcare operations support, and freight transportation.
