Privacy Policy
How Supreme Management Group collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information — and what you can ask us to do with yours.
Last updated: 6 September 2026
1. Who we are
Supreme Management Group is a Canadian operating group headquartered in Concord, Ontario. We own and operate a group of licensed companies delivering security, remote video monitoring, staffing and commercial cleaning services across Ontario.
This policy covers personal information collected through suprememg.ca. Our operating companies run their own websites; where those sites publish their own privacy policies, those policies govern information you submit there.
We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit an enquiry through a form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your company or organization, if you provide it
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide it
- The services you indicate interest in
- The content of your message
Only your name, email address and message are required. Everything else is optional.
Information collected automatically with your enquiry
When a form is submitted, our system also records:
- Your IP address
- The page you submitted the form from
- The date and time of submission
We record these for one reason: to detect and block automated spam and abusive submissions. Our forms use a hidden field and a timing check to identify bots, and we limit how many submissions can come from a single IP address in a short period.
What we do not collect. This website does not run analytics software, advertising pixels or visitor-tracking scripts. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell personal information to anyone. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
3. Why we collect it
We use the personal information you submit only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and follow up on it
- Prepare a quote, proposal or service agreement you have asked for
- Direct your enquiry to the right company within our group
- Keep a record of our correspondence with you
- Protect the website from spam and abuse
- Meet legal, regulatory and insurance obligations
We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to the reason you contacted us without asking you first.
4. Consent
By submitting a form on this site, you consent to our collecting and using the information in it for the purposes described above.
When you submit an enquiry, our system sends you an automatic acknowledgement email confirming we received it. That email is part of responding to your enquiry, not marketing.
We do not add you to a marketing mailing list on the basis of an enquiry. If we ever want to send you marketing messages, we will ask for your consent separately, and every such message will include a way to unsubscribe. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us — see section 12. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a service you have asked for.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary, and never for payment. Specifically:
- Within our group. Your enquiry may be shared with whichever of our operating companies is best placed to answer it. All of them are owned and operated by Supreme Management Group and are bound by this policy.
- Our service providers. Our web hosting and email providers necessarily process the data required to run the site and deliver messages. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.
- Where the law requires it. We may disclose information if compelled by a court order, a lawful request from a public authority, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
Enquiry records are stored on the servers that host this website. Some service providers may process or store data outside Canada, in which case it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction, including lawful access by courts and authorities there.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies for advertising, analytics or visitor tracking. You can browse it without accepting any cookies.
Our hosting platform may set a strictly functional cookie in limited circumstances — for example to serve pages correctly through its caching system. Those cookies do not identify you and are not used to track you.
Web fonts. This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. As a result, your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when a page loads, and that request includes your IP address. Google’s handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive any information from Google about your visit.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we have a business reason to, and no longer than needed for the purpose we collected them.
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept while a business relationship is still reasonably possible, then deleted.
- Enquiries that lead to a service agreement are kept for the life of that relationship and afterwards for as long as our legal, tax, insurance and regulatory obligations require.
You may ask us to delete your information sooner — see section 9.
8. How we protect it
We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site, access controls limiting who can view enquiry records, hardened server configuration, and internal access on a need-to-know basis.
No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information — such as government identification numbers, financial account details or health information — through a website form. If we need information like that, we will arrange a secure method with you.
9. Your rights
Under PIPEDA you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you, and be told how it has been used and who it has been disclosed to
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Withdraw consent to our continued use of your information, subject to legal and contractual limits
- Ask us to delete information we no longer have a legitimate reason to keep
Write to us using the details in section 12. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information, and in narrow circumstances the law allows or requires us to withhold some information — if that happens, we will tell you why.
10. Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact our Privacy Officer first — see section 12. We take complaints seriously and will investigate and respond.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices, services or legal obligations change. The current version always appears on this page with its effective date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be posted here before they take effect.
