Terms of Use

The terms on which Supreme Management Group makes this website available, and the limits of what the information on it means.

Last updated: 6 September 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of suprememg.ca. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

2. Who we are

This site is operated by Supreme Management Group, a Canadian operating group based at 3100 Steeles Avenue W, Unit 206, Concord, Ontario. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Supreme Management Group and the operating companies it owns.

3. Permitted use

You may use this site to learn about our group, our companies and our services, and to contact us. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches these terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
  • Interfere with the site’s operation, security or availability
  • Use automated systems to scrape, harvest or copy the site’s content, except for legitimate search engine indexing
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms
  • Use our forms to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
  • Reproduce, republish or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without our written permission

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, layout, design, logos, trade names and code — is owned by Supreme Management Group or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law.

“Supreme Management Group”, the names of our operating companies and our logos are our trade names and marks. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.

You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use in evaluating our services, provided you do not modify the content and do not remove any ownership notices.

5. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we provide it for general information only. It is not professional, legal, security or operational advice, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision.

Service descriptions, coverage areas, certifications and capabilities described here are general summaries. They may change, and what applies to your site or contract will be set out in your agreement with us — not on this page.

Statistics, case examples and comparisons on this site are illustrative. Past performance for one client does not guarantee a similar outcome for another.

6. Not an offer or agreement

Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, a quotation, or a binding commitment to provide services. It does not create a client relationship between you and us.

Services are provided only under a written agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement governs.

7. Licensing and regulation

Our security operations are regulated in Ontario under the Private Security and Investigative Services Act (PSISA). Where this site refers to licensed personnel or licensed operations, that licensing applies to the specific operating company delivering that service, and within the jurisdictions where it holds a licence.

If licence status matters to your decision, ask us in writing and we will confirm the current licence details for the company that would serve you.

8. Enquiries you send us

When you submit an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are entitled to provide any third-party information it contains.

Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through a website form. A form submission is not a secure channel and does not create a confidential relationship. If you need to send something sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange a secure method.

How we handle the personal information in your enquiry is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party links

This site links to the websites of our operating companies and, occasionally, to other third-party sites. Links to sites we do not operate are provided for convenience only. We do not control their content or their privacy practices and we are not responsible for them. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice, including for maintenance.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Supreme Management Group and its operating companies, directors, officers and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — this website.

This limitation applies to your use of the website only. It does not limit our obligations or liability under a signed service agreement, which are governed by that agreement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent the law permits.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version always appears on this page with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
